For anyone planning a wedding in Italy, I highly recommend you go with Guya and trust her recommendations. She is truly passionate about her work, and it’s her passion that will make her go the extra mile to deliver an unique and magical experience for her clients. She is an excellent communicator which was especially important in our case as our families are from China, and despite having a destination wedding, certain cultural elements had to be included and communicated with vendors which Guya was very helpful. As I have come to learn, the wedding planner on the wedding day is a lot like a conductor orchestrating a symphony. You need the right people doing the right things at the right time, and if anything is off sync by a beat the audience will immediately know. Guya is a master conductor. This means she knows who are the best vendors, how to make sure everything flows smoothly on the big day and most importantly what to do if something didn’t go to plan last minute whether it’s unfortunate weather or an unexpected issue with a vendor. Anyone can produce a good looking mood board but only an experienced planner can work behind the scenes to make sure everything is working seamlessly on the big day.

Ho conosciuto Guya e i suoi lavori grazie ai social e sono stata attratta da subito dal suo stile e dalla sua eleganza.
Guya è sempre stata attenta e disponibile nei nostri confronti e con una sensibilità rara per gestire anche alcune situazioni più complesse. Sia io che mia mamma abbiamo una disabilità e utilizziamo una carrozzina. Guya è sempre stata in grado di capire le mie necessità come sposa senza imbarazzo ma con la giusta concretezza per far sì che il matrimonio fosse proprio come lo volevo. Mi sono sposata nell’ agosto del 2021, dopo averlo rimandato causa Covid.
In Guya non ho trovato solo una Wedding planner, ma un’ amica che ci ha accompagnato per 2 anni, con tt i problemi del caso legati al Covid.
Scelta subito appena conosciuta perché a parte essere gentile, empatica e davvero super organizzata, mi sono innamorata dello stile dei matrimoni che aveva organizzato Fino a quel momento.
Mai invadente ma anzi ci ha accompagnato nelle scelte nel migliore dei modi, consigliandoci quello che poteva essere migliore per noi, fino ad arrivare al giorno del matrimonio e trovare tutto quello che avevo sempre desiderato e anche di più, perché mai avrei immaginato di poter vivere un giorno così bello.

Bravissima. Da invitata al matrimonio di mia nipote non avevo mai visto nulla di così bello e ben organizzato. I matrimoni di oggi sono diversi da quelli dei mie tempi. We got in touch with Guya early last year; my then fiancé and I desperately wanted to get married in Italy, although the pandemic seemed to make it impossible. What we needed was somebody truly knowleadgeable and, thus, able to navigate these difficult times and help us through them, that’s why we asked for advise to a friend that had already got married in Italy and she introduced us to Guya: what a blessing! First of all, she assisted us choosing the right venue from a distance, as we could not come over to do the site inpections; she acted as our eyes and our tastebuds, providing detailed descriptions of every option, pro and cons included, and eventually guiding us toward the perfect pick, a lovely countryhouse plunged in a fairy tale like bucholic atmosphere. From that moment on, everything fell into place; we did understand that the season was a very special one, given all the weddings rescheduled from 2020 and 2021 that were all taking place at once. Every vendor was under pressure and sometimes we had to wait more than we would have wanted to get answers and quotes, but Guya was there for us and we relied on her expertise to manage the whole situation and reassure us every step of the way. Long story short, our wedding day can only be described as magical in every detail and we owe it to Guya and her staff: not only she did create a styling project that just spoke of us, but she was able to pull it off with grace and determination. Thank you so much Guya, we miss you already!
